HOW I CAN PAY FOR MY ORDER?

 

Creative Definitions uses Paypal to accept payments from both Paypal accounts and credit or debit cards. Paypal is a reliable and global leader in online payments with more than 130 million active accounts worldwide. Accepted cards in Paypal are MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discovery.

Customers with Paypal account: Once you’ve been prompted to a Paypal payment gateway, you just have to simply login with your account details and make a payment.

Customers with no Paypal account:  You can simply pay with your credit or debit card. No need to login to Paypal. Just proceed to pay with bank account or credit card and follow the PayPal instructions to process the card payment. Your credit card information is strictly confidential. Creative Definitions will not have access to this information.

You can also pay us over through BPI Online banking, PayMaya or GCash.

Once your payment is processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, acknowledging that Creative Definitions has received payment and delivery dates of your order will be stated.

 

CAN I MAKE AN OVERSEAS ORDER?

You can make an overseas order through this website.

The currency we are using is the Philippine Peso. The website has a currency converter to give an estimated value based on your local currency.   Actual amount will be based on the exchange rate of your card issuer, which will be billed separately.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope that you will enjoy Creative Definitions products, but if you are not entirely happy with the items that you received, we will offer you an exchange, gift voucher or a refund. Our return policy was designed to make this process simple and smooth. If you decided to return the items you purchased, within 7 days of receipt, simply contact us at creativedefinitions@gmail.com or thru our mobile +63 9178745868 and we'll agree on exchange or refund.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and unwashed and, if possible, in the original packaging. If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund.

Creative Definitions reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming, custom size products and fabrics. Please follow care instructions on the product label with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

All delivery charges incurred on returns made due to the reason not described above or for exchanges, will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items, so please attach the correct postage.

At the moment we accept returns at certain Pick up points. Please email us at creativedefinitions.com and we’ll provide further instructions for this option and return label.

If you decided to return items within 7 days of receipt, we reimburse you the cost of the goods using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

 

WHERE AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

We are aiming that Creative Definitions products would reach customers around the world. It’s not that simple, but we are trying.

We deliver our products with the help or our partners. We use FEDEX for most of our international orders. For provincial delivery, we use ENTREGO. If you are in a hurry, we can always have it delivered by motorcycle couriers such as Lalamove or Grab delivery charge is on you.

 

WHAT IT COSTS?

Delivery charges will depend on 3 things: the exact delivery address, the size of your package and the weight of your order. Shipping cost  is already added on your total bill. Kindly check the bill provided when you check out.

Rates exclude destination charges, such as, but not limited to, duties & taxes, storage charges, quarantine and other destination receipted expense.

 

DO YOU MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?

All orders are usually dispatched the next working day after receiving the payment. For domestic delivery, it will take 2 to 5 days, depending on your distance from Metro Manila. For international delivery, it will take 7 to 14 days, depending on your distance from the hubs of our partner forwarder.

 

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

 

HOW DO WE CARE FOR THE ITEMS?

 

Choose Hand-Washing

Cotton is a delicate fabric. Though there’s no harm in washing your cotton fabric on a gentle cycle, it is always better to hand-wash it separately from others using cold water.

 

Use a Detergent – say no to Bleach and Softener

Cotton needs gentle handling and care. If you are hand-washing your cotton fabric, using a mild detergent can work wonders.

 

Say No to Sunlight

After washing, dry your cotton fabric in a shaded place. Say no to direct sunlight as it can cause the fabric to shrink and fade. You can line-dry your cotton and allow them to air-dry naturally.
